模糊滑模变结构控制在DCT电控离合器上的应用

摘    要:针对电控离合器系统的强非线性、难以建立精确的数学模型等特点,设计了滑模变结构控制器。利用模糊控制器来调整滑模趋近律参数,从而削弱了滑模控制的抖振现象。建立了无刷直流电机的数学模型,用该控制方法在MATLAB软件里对双离合器自动变速器起步、换挡进行仿真,并与传统PID控制器进行比较。仿真结果表明,该控制器跟踪指令信号性能良好,抗干扰性能强于PID控制器。

Abstract:Due to attribute of nonlinear and difficult to establish math model of the electronic-controlled clutch.A slide model controller is designed.Fuzzy control is used to adjust approaching parameter of the system in order to smoothen vibration phenomenon.The math model of no-brush direct current motor is built,using this control method in MATLAB software simulate the dual clutch transmission starting and shifting,and contrast with traditional PID control.The simulation results show that the trace command signal of control is good,and the anti-interference capability is better than PID control.
