混合动力汽车用油冷永磁同步电机温度场研究

摘    要:针对混合动力汽车用永磁同步电机结构紧凑、散热难的特点,采用电磁场与温度场耦合的有限元分析方法对油冷冷却条件下的永磁同步电机的三维温度场进行了计算。建立了电机的电磁场二维有限元模型,得到了电机的二维电磁场分布,并以此计算了额定工况下的电机损耗。通过计算电机各部件的等效导热系数,得到了额定工况下电机各部件的发热量,并以此建立了电机的温度场三维有限元模型,进而计算出额定工况下使用油冷冷却电机的温度场分布。通过电机温升试验与仿真结果对比,验证了仿真模型的合理性和分析结果的正确性。

Abstract:For the compact structure and difficult heat dissipation of Permanent Mannet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) of hybrid vehicle, the finite element analysis method of electromagnetic field coupled with temperature field is used to calculate the 3D temperature field of PMSM under oil cooling condition. The 2D FE model of the electromagnetic field of the motor is established, and 2D electromagnetic field distribution of motor is established, which is used to calculated motor loss under the rated operating condition. The heat release of components in the motor is calculated by the calculation of the equivalent heat conduction coefficient. Then the 3D FE model of the temperature field of the motor is established, then the temperature field distribution of the oil-cooled motor under rated condition is calculated. The correctness of the simulation model and the analysis result are verified by comparing the temperature rise experiment and the simulation results.
