发动机连杆工艺设备选型的可拓评价研究

摘    要:针对某发动机企业的连杆生产线设备选型决策问题,应用可拓学的优度评价方法建立了设备选型的非线性多指标决策模型,构建了评价指标体系,对发动机连杆工艺设备方案从技术、经济、生态环境、安全健康等方面进行了综合评价,并根据评价结果进行了设备方案的选择。实际应用表明,采用基于可拓理论的评价模型解决生产线成套设备的选型问题是可行的。

Abstract:In order to resolve the issue of some engine connecting rod technology equipment selection;this paper set up non-linear and multiple index evaluation model concerning equipment selection based on extension superiority evaluation method;and put forward corresponding index system for evaluation.At last this paper selected an equipment project according to evaluation result of engine connecting rod technology equipment project from many ways such as technology;economy;environment;safety;etc.The practical applications show that adopting evaluation model to solve production line integrated equipment selection problem based on extension theory is feasible.
