| 摘 要： | 在简要介绍信息的作用与价值的基础上，分析了信息对维修生产过程的影响，提出了“维修活动主要是对有故障的产品输入相关信息使之恢复原有使用功能的过程”和“维修的价值主要体现在对有故障的产品输入相关信息所产生的增值”的观点。通过对国内外汽车维修信息化现状与发展趋势的分析，指出实现汽车维修信息化的技术前提是维修信息的网络化和集成化。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the brief introduction of information functions and values,influences of information on maintenance production process is analyzed,and the points of view are presented that maintenance activities are the processes to input relative information to the failure product and to recover its original functions,and value of maintenance is embodied in the added value which comes from inputting relative information to the failure product.Through analysis of present situation and development trends of automotive maintenance informatization at home and abroad,it is pointed that the technology prerequisites for automotive maintenance informatization are network and integration of maintenance information. |
