摘    要:结合重型汽车典型令中件的特点,研究开发了一种性能优良的镍磷合金度工艺,采用正交试验法研究了镀液主要组分及主要工艺参数对镀层性能的影响规律,并对络合剂、缓冲剂和稳定剂进行了对比和筛选,优化最佳配方和工艺。该工艺操作简单,镀层综合性能优良,镀液稳定性好,寿命长,实际应用表明,ZX-01镍磷合金化学镀工艺完全可以用于生产,取代原来的电镀锌、电镀铬工艺。

Abstract:Combined with the features of components in heavy duty motor vehicles, a chemical plating technology for nickel phospher alloy with a superior performance has been researched and developed. The effect law of main components in plating solution and main processing parameters on plating coat is studied by using orthogonal test method. The complexing agents, buffers and stabilizing agents are compared and screened, the optimum formula and process are optimized. The process is a simple operation, the comprehensive performance of plating coat is better, the plating soution has a good stability and a longer service life. It is shown by actual application that chemical plating technology for ZX - 01 nickel phospher alloy can be used fully in production, substituting for previous electrogalvanizing and chrome - plating processes.
