车身主断面几何特性对白车身刚度影响的研究

摘    要:运用白车身(BIW)板壳单元有限元模型,进行了车身主断面对白车身刚度影响灵敏度的分析,获得了对白车身扭转刚度和弯曲刚度影响显著的主断面。在此基础上,研究了主断面面积、主惯性矩等几何参数对白车身刚度的影响。结果表明,车身主断面几何特性对白车身刚度的影响呈非线性相关;主断面主惯性矩或面积的增大是否有利于白车身刚度要视该断面的具体位置而定。

Abstract:With the stiffness sensitivity analysis being done through the shell element FE model of a BIW,the main sections that can influence the torsion stiffness and the bending stiffness of the BIW remarkably are obtained.On this basis,the influence of the geometrical parameters of these main sections such as area and principal inertia moment on stiffness of BIW is studied.The results show that there is great nonlinear relationship between the main section's geometrical parameters and the stiffness of the BIW,and if the increment of the area and principal inertia moment have positive effect on the stiffness of the BIW is determined by the position of the main sections.
