摘    要:研究表明,采用喷丸硬化工艺是一种改善渗碳材料表面异常的有效方法,可以显著提高渗碳齿轮的疲劳强度,介绍了日本ISUSZU汽车研究中心在汽车齿轮上应用喷丸硬化工艺的情况,并重点介绍了喷丸硬化的处理效果和工艺方法。

Abstract:Shot peening nardening technology,which is a most effective method to positivelyimprove the abnormal surface layer of carburiged material,may be adopted to remarkably raise thefatigue strength of surface carburiged gear. The article introduces the application of shot peeninghardening technology to motor veniele gears in the Isuzu Motor Vehicle Research Center,Japan,and expounds the technology procedure and result of treatment of shot peening hardening.
