汽车齿轮油的正交复配试验研究

摘    要:分析并确定了以极压添加剂为主的影响重负荷汽车驱动桥双曲线齿轮润滑油性能指标的各相关因素及其合适的添加量范围。根据油品的性能要求,对所确定的试验指标进行了2水平多因素的齿轮润滑油正交试验。通过对试验数据的处理和分析,得出各因素对试验指标的影响程度,并获得了满足在给定工况条件下的汽车驱动桥双曲线齿轮油的最佳配方方案。

Abstract:The factors which influence the performance indices of high-duty hypoid gear lubricant of automotive drive shafts and the suitable addition level of additive agent(extreme pressure additive mainly)are analyzed and determined.In terms of requirements of oil performance,the 2-level multi-factor orthogonal experiments of high-duty lubricant for the determined test indices are carried out.By processing and analysis of test data,influence degree of different factors is obtained,and the optimum formulation of high-duty hypoid gear lubricant of automotive drive shafts is obtained too.
