摘    要:针对载货汽车装备电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)的技术需求,提出了不分离离合器AMT技术,并对其系统组成、工作原理以及电动换挡和发动机调控等关键技术进行了分析.对应用不分离离合器AMT技术的某样车进行了换挡过程试验仿真分析和试验.结果表明,重型载货汽车采用不分离离合器AMT技术,可以在保证换挡平顺性的基础上有效地缩短换挡时间.

Abstract:For technical need of heavy duty truck equipped with AMT,non-release-clutch technology is presented,and its system structure,operating principle as well as some key technologies like electrical power shift and engine regulation are analyzed.Gear shift process test simulation analysis and test are carried out for a sample vehicle equipped with non-release-clutch AMT technology.The simulation results show that heavy duty truck with this technology can shorten gearshift time effectively while ensuring shifting...
