混杂纤维增强纸基摩擦材料压缩回弹特性的研究

摘    要:研究了混杂纤维增强的纸基摩擦材料压缩回弹特性与压缩压力、纤维含量及孔隙率之间的关系。研究结果表明,纸基摩擦材料与多孔固体材料压缩过程相似,不同之处是纸基摩擦材料卸载后又会发生回弹;随着纤维含量的增加,模量降低,压缩率增加,孔隙率基小相同的纸基摩擦材料的叫弹率先增加后减小并出现一个最大值;在组分相同、孔隙率不同的纸基摩擦材料中,孔隙率为45%左右的纸基摩擦材料的模量最高,压缩率最低,回弹率最高。

Abstract:The relations between compression elastic rebound characteristic of assorted fiber enhanced paper base friction materials and pressure,fiber content and factor of porosity are studied.It is shown that,compression process of paper base friction materials is similar with that of porous solid materials,but paper base materials will rebound when unloaded;when fiber content increases,modulus decreases,compression ratio increases,the rebound degree of paper base with similar porosity will increase at first and then decrease and there is a maximum value;for those materials with same components and different porosity,the materials whose factor of porosity is about 45 % have highest modulus,and lowest compression and highest rebound ratio.
