| 摘 要： | 一辆装备A540E型自动变速器的丰田佳美3.0轿车,因无倒挡故障检修装复后,又出现其它两挡无驱动反应现象。经失速试验、液压系统压力测试及挡位试验后,确认是自动变速器中单向离合器装反所致。分析了单向离合器装反导致故障产生的原因,并提出了两种辨识单向离合器装反的简易方法。

| Abstract: | There is a no reverse gear trouble in a TOYOTA CAMRY 3.0 passenger car that equipped with A540E AT,the troubles occur again in the other two shift gears after repairing and assembling.Through speed-loss test,hydraulic system pressure inspection and gear test,the trouble is found in one-way clutch.The trouble reasons of reverse assembling of one-way clutch are analyzed,and present two kinds of methods that identify the reverse assembling of one-way clutch. |
