水泥稳定碎石温缩性能试验研究及工程应用

摘    要:应用无机结合料稳定材料温缩试验方法及设备,研究分析了级配类型、水泥剂量、养生龄期及温度对水泥稳定碎石温缩性能的影响规律。结果表明:级配类型对温缩系数影响显著,采用间断级配类型可提高路面基层抵抗收缩开裂的能力。最后提出了该类基层施工的适宜温度及养生龄期,可供设计及施工参考。

Abstract:It adopts the method and equipment of temperature-contraction-experiment ,those that are fitted for inorganic binding stabilized material. It researches and analyses the regularity, which is about the influence on the mixture's performance of the temperature contraction with different types of mineral gradation, dosages of cement, curing periods and temperature. The types of mineral gradation contributes more to the experimental results of temperature contraction. It would improve the ability for resisting contraction-crack. Also, it gives the proper temperature and curing periods to construct with such base course, which provides reference for design and construction.
