商品混凝土在钻孔灌注桩应用中的若干问题

钻孔灌注桩混凝土属于水下混凝土,对混凝土的施工和易性、流动性、保水性、粘聚性、初凝时间都有特殊要求,如果施工中控制不当,都会影响混凝土桩的质量。通过对钻孔灌注桩常见病害进行分析,找出受混凝土影响的相关病害,在总结有关经验的基础上,以工程实例为背景,探讨了商品混凝土钻孔灌注桩使用中的若干问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Discussions on the commercial concrete applied in cast-in-place bored bile

Concrete used for cast-in-place bored pile attributes to underwater concrete,and requests especially for the workability, fluidity, conglutination and early coagulation time. If these properties are not controlled properly,the quantity of the concrete pile will be influenced badly. By analyzing the causes of the common impairment of cast-in-place bored pile, directly relative impairment to pile caused by concrete are found out. Based on them and background on engineering example as well as relative materials, some problems about commercial concrete used for cast-in-place bored pile are discussed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
