| Abstract: | Problems existing in soft soil subgrade construction, aims and contents of observation in soft soil subgrade and embankment are introduced. The observation methods and procedures of subgrade sedimentation are summarized. The application of the observation method is explained according to some practical projects of freeway construction. |
