水泥路面板底脱空处治技术研究

摘    要:提出了一种以第一传荷状态临界荷载与对应弯沉为指标,根据FWD实测弯沉值评定水泥路面板底的脱空判定方法.并通过试验路验证该脱空评定方法是合理的;通过大量试验提出了一种自流淌密实性好、早期强度高、无离析、无泌水、无收缩、能满足压浆施工的压浆材料,并探讨了压浆工艺流程及质量保证措施。

Study on Treatment Technique of Void Under Cement Concrete Pavement Slab

Abstract:On the basis of first limitation load of load-transfer condition and correlated deflection, the method that identify void of rigid pavements using deflection data measured from falling weighting deflect meter is put forward. According to application on test road, it is believed that the method is reasonable. A kind of squeezing material is developed on the basis of large amount of tests. This material has the properties of good self-flowing density, high earlier strength, non-segregation, non-bleeding and non-contractility and it can meet the requirement of mud jacking. At the same time, its construction technology and quality assurance measure are discussed.
