旧水泥路面加铺沥青面层的平整度控制

摘    要:应用施工前期以及施工中的动态控制模式方法,对影响加铺层路面平整度的旧路面处理、面层的原材料质量、面层沥青路面生产级配变异情况、施工过程中的准备工作、摊铺、碾压、接缝处理等几个方面作出了研究,并提出了相应的控制措施。结果表明。这些措施可有效提高加铺层的平整度。

Abstract:Dynamic control mode method is used during the pre-construction and construction of asphalt overlays on old cement pavements, to research the influence of various factors on the roughness of overlay, such as the treatment of old cement pavement, the raw material quality, asphalt mixture grading in production, the preparation, paving, rolling, joint treatment in process of construction. Corresponding measures are also put forard. The results show that these measures can improve the roughness of overlay on old cement pavement.
