水泥稳定碎石基层碾压机械的优化组合

摘    要:为了确保水泥稳定碎石基层的压实强度,结合水泥稳定碎石基层的特性及工程实际,提出了新的碾压组合工艺,并将该工艺应用在试验道路上。结果表明:优化后的碾压工艺使得水泥稳定基层的压实度随着碾压次数呈直线增长,说明这种机械组合充分利用了静碾压实和振动压实两者的优点。

Abstract:In order to ensure the compaction strength of the cement stabilized macadam base,a new compaction technology was put forward combined with the characteristics of cement stabilized macadam base and engineering practice and,applied on the test road.The results indicate that the compaction degree of cement stabilized macadam base increases linearly following the increment of compaction times by applying the optimized combination of compaction machines,which shows that the combination takes full advantages of s...
