泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生技术在高速公路中的应用

摘    要:针对西阎高速、西潼高速和西户高速公路沥青路面铣刨旧料,进行泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的研究。通过室内配合比设计,确定了沥青的发泡条件、不同配比的拌和用水量及最佳泡沫沥青用量,经过比选确定了试验路的最终级配组成并进行了各项力学试验,结合试验路工程,简述了厂拌冷再生的施工工艺,并对试验路的再生效果进行了评价。

Abstract:The study on plant-mixed cold recycling technology for foamed asphalt is carried on based on the milled waste material of Xiyan Expressway, Xitong Expressway as well as Xihu Expressway. The foaming condition of asphalt, water amount and optimum foamed asphalt amout under different proportions are determined in terms of the indoor proportion design. The final composition of gradation for test road is determined after the comparison and selection, and mechanical tests are carried out. The construction technology for plant-mixed cold recycling is briefly mentioned in combination with the test road project, and the effect of test road is evaluated.
