| 摘 要： | 以国内某钢桥桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装工程为依托，介绍了环氧沥青混合料拌和楼生产配合比调试的方法，通过进行冷骨料上料速度调试、热骨料调试的综合分析来对环氧沥青混合料的生产级配进行控制。实践证明：环氧沥青混合料的级配控制效果良好，关键筛孔通过率偏差小，对使用于钢桥面铺装的沥青混合料生产具有借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Based on deck pavement of certain domestic steel bridge with epoxy asphalt mixture, the debugging of production proportion for epoxy asphalt mixing plant is introduced. Comprehensive analysis including debugging of loading speed of cold aggregate and hot aggregate is carried out for proportion control. The practice indicates that the proportion control is of fine effect; the deviation of pass rate of sieve mesh is minor, which provides reference for production of mixture for deck pavement |
