摘    要:叫针对某桥梁检测车使用过程中存在的支承轴发生弯曲变形、油缸活塞耳环断裂、检测平台倾斜3种故障,通过对结构部件进行材质分析、工况分析、受力分析和计算,提出了相应的改进方案.经过2年的使用验证,结果表明:这些改进方案消除了原有的故障,延长了部件的使用寿命,提高了整车的安全性能,具有较强的实用性和推广价值.

Abstract:Improvement plans for faults existing during use including deformation of bearing axle,cracking of earing of cylinder piston and incline of detection platform are presented in terms of analysis and calculation on material, working condition as well as stress.Two years of application shows that these plans eliminate the faults,extend the service time,improve the safety performance as well.The result indicates the plans has great practicability and popu- larization value.
