无砟轨道混凝土浇筑机车架的设计与计算

摘    要:在对客运专线无砟轨道混凝土浇筑机的工作过程、施工要求和各工作机构布置情况进行分析的基础上,完成了整机车架部分的结构设计;研究浇筑机的各种工况,确定了恶劣工况,并采用有限元计算法,应用ANSYS计算软件对车架进行了强度、刚度的精确计算和稳定性分析。计算结果表明:车架的强度和刚度满足承载的设计要求,但横向和纵向抗倾覆稳定性在最恶劣工况下不足:采取车架和螺旋输送器后端分别加配重块的措施后,有限元计算结果表明整机工作的稳定性能够完全满足要求。

Abstract:The carriage structure of concreting unit for ballastless track applied on passenger dedicated lines is designed according to working process and construction. The finite element analysis model is established, and the stress and strain of carriage are calculated with ANSYS. It is confirmed that the strength and rigidity of carriage structure meet the requirement while working abominably. The stability of whole machine is analyzed and the measures preventing the machine from sloping are put forward.
