双层钢筋混凝土路面荷载应力分析

摘    要:运用ANSYS有限元软件对双层钢筋混凝土路面结构进行钢筋和混凝土分离式建模,建立三维有限元模型,分析钢筋混凝土路面的荷载应力.分析了板的平面尺寸、配筋率和钢筋位置等参数变化对路面结构应力的影响。结果表明.钢筋混凝土路面板板底应力随面板厚度的增加而变小,随板长的增加而变大。在路面厚度一定,满足保护层厚度的前提下.尽量增大钢筋网纵向间距会明显降低板底的拉应力。

Abstract:Isolated model of concrete and steel bar is built by using 3D finite element software, and the load stress is analyzed. The influences of plane dimension, reinforcement ratio and its location on the pavement structure are studied. The results show that the bottom stress of the pavement sJab becomes smaIJer whiJe the slab thickness is increasing; it becomes larger while the slab length is increasing. Based on the premise that the thickness of pavement is fixed and the thickness of forcement longitudinal distance increases the bottom protective layer meets the requirements, when the reintension stress will decrease remarkably.
