| 摘 要： | 阐述了双滚筒连续式拌和楼的工作原理,并以佛山一环城际快速路为工程依托,介绍其在沥青混合料生产中的应用。从原材料规格、生产控制及施工组织等方面论述双滚筒连续式拌和楼在使用过程中的注意事项。通过混合料质量连续跟踪检测,路面无损检测,对使用效果进行评价。结果表明:双滚筒连续式拌和楼用于沥青混合料生产,工程质量是有所保证的。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principle of double barrel drum mix plant and the application in producing the asphalt mixture, aiming at the rounding town project of Foshan. There are some notices in raw materials standard, construction control and construction organizing. Through testing the mixture quality continuously and non-destructive test on pavement, this paper evaluates its use effect. The results indicate that the project quality can be ensured when the double barrel drum mix plant is used to produce the asphalt mixture. |
