OGFC混合料配合比设计的实用方法

摘    要:以OGFC-13.2(目标空隙率16%)为例,分析了现有规范关于OGFC混合料级配设计方法的不足,提出OGFC混合料级配设计的新思路,并通过贝雷法检测目标配合比是否满足混合料构成骨架结构的要求。最后,通过推荐级配混合料的常规性能试验验证了混合料设计新思路的合理性。新的设计方法思路清晰,可操作性强,能更好地指导OGFC混合料级配设计。

Abstract:The disadvantages of mix proportion design methods for OGFC mixture in current specifications were analyzed by taking OGFC-13.2 as an example and setting the target void rate to 16%,and a new thought on mix proportion design of OGFC was put forward.The mix proportion designed was later tested with Bailey Method to find out if the mixture can form the skeleton structure.The results indicate that the new thought is methodical and operable.
