T梁预制台座工艺的改进

摘    要:从预制台座的一般要求、数量、基础承载力设计及台座预拱度的设置等几个方面,对预制台座的设计进行了详细阐述;结合小浪底黄河公路大桥、南村黄河公路大桥及巩义石河道大桥等工程实例,对多种预制台座施工方案进行了对比分析,从而得出最优方案。实践证明:对T梁预制台座工艺的改进,既可加快工程进度,又可降低生产成本,保证工程质量。

Abstract:The design of prefabricated bench is expounded from general requirement, quantity, basic bearing capacity design and camber. According to some practical projects such as Huanghe Highway Bridge project in Xiaolangdi and Nancun, Shihedao Bridge project in Gongyi, etc. Several construction schemes of prefabricated bench are compared and analyzed, and the optimum scheme is obtained. From practice, the improvement of prefabrication technology can speed up construction process, decrease production costs, and guarantee construction quality.
