摘    要:通对过减震器弹簧的稳定性及强度进行验算,对影响弹簧侧向弯曲的参数及结构进行了分析和优化,为改进减震器弹簧的设计提供了理论依据。虽然有限元分析有它的局限性,分析结果不够精确,但却能非常直观地展现了弹簧应力、位移及变形状态,对传统弹簧设计公式的不足提供了补充,可配合实际试验,实现对弹簧设计的优化。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of finite element analysis in the design of shock absorber spring,such as the checking calculation on the stability and strength of spring,the analysis on the factors (parameters and structure) influencing the lateral bending of spring.In spite of its inaccuracy,this method can directly show the deformation,displacement and the stress of spring.It serves as a complement to the design formula and helps conduct the optimization of spring design.
