| 摘 要： | 标准中特殊技术要求是针对特别指定的外部突出零部件,随着摩托车技术和外观造型技术的发展.这些零部件难以全部列出,因此,在实际车型设计工作中,或是改装设计过程中,设计人员需要举一反三,甄别碰撞时可能伤及人身的外部突出物,并参照标准对该类外部突出物采取相应对策,确保行车安全。
