| 摘 要： | CATIA三维线束设计与机械设计模块参数化关联,在进行三维布线后可生成完整的数字化样机,该数字化样机不仅包括结构件、电器元件的布置,还包括线束的进出线方式、线束在车体内的走向、线束的选型及绑扎方式等,设计人员可以在数字化样机上进行设计思路交流,及时发现问题、及时对设计中存在的缺陷进行更正,大大缩短了开发周期。

| Abstract: | The digital simulation model can be completed after the three-dimensional wiring via the establishing parametric relationship between CATIA three-dimensional wiring design and mechanical design module. The model covers the configuration of components and electric parts, the inlet and outlet of wire harness, the route of wire harness, the wire harness selection, and the strapping of harness etc.. The designers can discuss the design proposals and make solutions for defects on simulation model. |
