摘    要:通过对五羊款摩托车后轮进行结构分析,找出了WY125一端轴承受力过大是产生轴承外圈松动打滑的主要原因,但仅靠增加受力较大一端轴承的承载能力显然不是最合理的方法。通过减小受力大一端轴承的承载能力,使两轴承载荷均匀分布,产品改进后,样品经10000km路试后效果良好,市场反映普遍良好。

Abstract:The main cause that the bearing of one end of Wuyang 125 motorcycle slips under the condition overforced is found based on the structure analysis of WY motorcycle rear wheel. But it is not the most reasonable method for only increasing the beating capacity of the larger end beating which is forced more greatly. The better way is to reduce the bearing capacity of the bearing whose end is greatly forced to make bearing load evenly distributed. The road test of 1 000 km shows that the improved products are well accepted on the market.
