摘    要:以某款柴油重型车为研究对象,基于发动机在环采用C-WTVC测试循环,研究不同载荷对重型车排放的影响。文章主要用C-WTVC循环分析不同载荷(10%、50%、100%、150%)循环排放量以及各路况排放对比。研究结果表明,随着载荷增加,NOx、PN、CO循环排放量增加;各载荷的NOx、CO,市区工况排放量较大,市郊工况排放较低,高速工况排放几乎为0;在150%载荷PN排放陡然增加,排放超标风险较高。

Research on Emission of Different Loads for Heavy Vehicle Based on Engine-in-Loop

Abstract:Taking a diesel heavy vehicle as the research object.The test was carried out on Engine-in-Loop using C-WTVC to study the effects of different loads.The paper mainly analyzes cycle emission of different loads(10%、50%、100%、150%)and the emission comparison of each road condition of C-WTVC.The research results show that NOx,PN and CO cycle emission increase with the increased load;The urban is more higher,the suburban is moer lower,the high-speed road is almost zero for NOx and CO in the different loads;The emission of PN in 150%load increases sharply,and the risk of emission exceeding is higher.
