Axle Load Measurement System Based on the Lab VIEW

Through the analysis of the traditional axle load instrument, the paper designs and develops a data acquisition system which takes the LabVIEW as the development platform. It mainly consists of the sensors, signal conditioning circuit and the collection system. This system can carry on data collection and acquisition in real time to achieve compatibility with the computer analysis, processing and storage. Tests indicate that this system is convenient and user-friendly, has high sensitivity and accuracy characteristics.
