探究居住区停车共享存在问题及对策

文章采用实地观察统计与调查问卷的方法针对重庆市停车共享现状展开调研,针对居住区停车泊位使用特性,对重庆市2处居住区及附近商场开展了5天的停车状况调查,整理数据分析居民区停车共享可行性。文章对重庆市江北区、渝北区、渝中区、南岸区、大渡口区、沙坪坝区共计12个已使用共享停车这种模式的停车场发放问卷调查,从建设运营方、提供车位共享方、共享停车使用方、不使用停车共享方四方发放共享停车满意度调查问卷,整理问卷结果,从技术、用户、管理三方面提出停车共享存在的问题并给出相应对策。

Explore the Problems and Countermeasures of Parking Sharing in Residential Areas

in this paper,by using the method of field observation statistics and questionnaire,this paper investigates the current situation of parking sharing in Chongqing,and according to the use characteristics of parking spaces in residential areas,carries out a five-day parking survey on two residential areas and nearby shopping malls in Chongqing,sorts out the data and analyzes the feasibility of parking sharing in residential areas.In this paper,a total of 12 parking lots in Jiangbei District,Yubei District,Yuzhong District,Nan'an District,Dadukou District and Shapingba District of Chongqing city have used the shared parking mode.The questionnaire is distributed from the construction and operation party,the parking sharing party,the sharing parking user and the non parking sharing party.The questionnaire results are sorted out from the aspects of technology and utilization The existing problems of parking sharing are put forward from three aspects of household and management,and the corresponding countermeasures are given.
