摘    要:液压成形工艺适宜于生产空心变截面轻体管件,应用于汽车底盘扭力梁零件可以获得更好的刚度、强度等性能,因此近年来得到越来越广泛的应用。文章建立了变截面线长液压成形管件扭力梁正向设计思路及流程,基于设计空间和设计目标开展拓扑分析分析,在此基础上设计了扭力梁概念模型,结合拓扑分析及敏感参数影响研究在概念模型基础上进行了多轮细化设计,获得了满足设计目标要求的变截面线长液压成形管件扭力梁设计,成形仿真分析显示,设计零件满足可成形性要求。

Study on Tube Hydorforming Torsion Beam Design Based on Topological Analysis

Abstract:Hydroforming technology is suitable for producing hollow variable section light-weight parts,and better stiffness and strength could be obtained when applied to the torsion beam,so it has been widely used for automobile chassis in recent years.In this paper,the forward design idea and flow of hydroforming torsion beam with variable cross section length had been established.Besed on design space and design objectives,topology optimization analysis had been carried out,and the concept model of torsion beam was designed.On this basis,Combined with topology optimization and the influence of sensitive parameters,several rounds of refinement design were carried out,and the hydroforming torsion beam with variable cross section length meeting the design objectives was obtained.Simulation shows that the design part meet the formability requirements.
