浅谈设备管理及活动措施

随着我国制造业的飞速发展,制造类机械、电气设备的日益增多,设备的故障将成为企业生产绊脚石,为有效预防企业生产设备频繁故障,文章通过对设备的前期管理、自主保全、专业保全、事务改善等进行阐述,得出生产企业中如何做好设备的自主保养、预防维修等要素来降低设备的劣化进度及防范设备故障的发生。

With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry and the increasing number of manufacturing machinery and electrical equipment,equipment failure will become a stumbling block in enterprise production,in order to effectively prevent frequent failures of enterprise production equipment,in this paper,the equipment management in the early stage,self-preservation,professional preservation,business improvement and so on are described,how to do a good job of independent maintenance and preventive maintenance to reduce the deterioration of equipment and prevent the occurrence of equipment failure in production enterprises is obtained.
