低速新能源电动轿车充电插座盖的研究与应用

摘    要:文章主要介绍一种新的低速新能源电动轿车充电插座盖结构,摒弃现有充电插座盖的一些缺点打开时占用空间大,在停车狭窄的空间内无法打开;车辆在行驶过程中,因道路颠簸晃动而造成的充电盖间隙增大,密封性能差,雨水及其它液体容易进入充电插座,从而导致充电机损坏或出现漏电安全事故,通过本研究,在技术层面和部件结构上克服并解决了上述问题。

Research and Application of Charging Socket Cover for Low-speed New Energy Electric car

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces a new structure of charging socket cover for low-speed and new Energy Electric car,which avoids some disadvantages of the existing charging socket cover and takes up a large space when opened,and can not be opened in the narrow parking space,the gap of charging cover is enlarged,the sealing performance is poor,rainwater and other liquids are easy to enter charging socket,which leads to the damage of charging machine or the leakage accident,these problems are overcome and solved at the technical level and component structure.
