| 摘 要： | 在整车装配过程中,时常出现螺栓拧紧粘滑现象,该现象不仅会对螺栓连接质量产生不良影响还会降低工具寿命。文章结合整车装配过程中的实际问题及粘滑现象的基本机理,分析了粘滑现象的不良影响进行分析并通过优化拧紧转速、控制螺纹连接副摩擦系数减少了该现象的发生。

| Abstract: | During the assembly process of the whole vehicle,the stick-slip of bolt tightening phenomenon often occurs.This phenomenon not only adversely affects the quality of the bolt connection,but also reduces the tool life.This paper combines the actual problems in the assembly process of the vehicle and the basic mechanism of stick-slip phenomenon,analyzes the adverse effects of stick-slip phenomenon and analyzes it.By optimizing the tightening speed and controlling the friction coefficient of the threaded joint,the phenomenon is reduced. |
