| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校存在生源多样化的现状,不同类型生源由于校企合作而进入同一个订单班,如何教学?这是对订单班的教学提出的新挑战。文章通过对各类生源学生家庭背景、心理健康状况等特点分析,并对多生源订单班教学中存在的问题进行阐述,提出针对多生源订单班教学方法的改革方法。

| Abstract: | There are various students in current vocational colleges.Therefore,the difficult problem has cropped up.How to choose the proper teaching method of the various students in the same order-based cultivating class?It’s a new challenge to the order-based cultivating teaching.Through analysis on the family background and the mental health state of different types of students,some questions of the order-based cultivating class teaching have been discovered.And the relative improvement teaching methods were proposed. |
