摘    要:随着我国的经济水平的快速提升与科学技术的创新发展,大量的新兴科技被应用于现代化生产加工过程当中,其中虚拟制造技术作为一项由多门学科先进知识成果所形成的综合系统全新技术,在制造行业具有广泛应用。将虚拟制造技术应用于汽车装配工艺中,不但能模拟产品制造和装配工艺过程,还能有效处理汽车装配过程中产生的技术性问题,对于有效提高汽车生产质量和生产效率而言具有重要意义。

Application of Virtual Manufacturing Technology in Automobile Assembly Process

Abstract:With the rapid improvement of China’s economic level and the innovation and development of science and technology,a large number of new technologies have been applied in the process of modern production and processing.Among them,virtual manufacturing technology,as a new comprehensive system technology formed by advanced knowledge achievements of multiple disciplines,has been widely used in the manufacturing industry.Applying virtual manufacturing technology to automobile assembly process can not only simulate the product manufacturing and assembly process,but also effectively deal with the technical problems in the process of automobile assembly,which is of great significance to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of automobile production.
