| 摘 要： | 在重型汽车中被称为汽车“脊梁”的车架总成,其最重要的零件纵梁被誉为车架总成的“脊梁”,而纵梁加工过程中一个重要工艺指标是材料利用率,文章主要对车架加工工艺进行分析,找到纵梁材料损失的主要工序,分析原材料对纵梁下料过程的影响,通过采取措施减少材料损耗,降低生产成本。通过分析材料利用率,能够帮助企业在生产制作中,找到提升的空间,对纵梁生产有重要意义。

| Abstract: | An important process indicator in the processing of the longitudinal beam is the material utilization rate.This article mainly analyzes the frame processing technology,finds the main process of material loss of the longitudinal beam,analyzes the influence of raw materials on the cutting process of the longitudinal beam,and adopts measures to reduce material loss and reduce production costs.Analyzing the utilization rate of longitudinal beam materials can help companies find room for improvement in production,which is of great significance to the production of longitudinal beams. |
