摘    要:文章结合国内外汽车安全技术的发展,选择与设定主动安全、被动安全、耐撞性与维修经济性三方面评价车辆安全性能的具体指标,并基于交通事故环境挖掘了人、时间、地域等影响安全评价的其他因素;利用层次分析法与专家调研法,确定评价车辆安全性能指标的权重,构建出评价车辆安全性能的有效算法,并分析了算法的可行性;基于某大型保险公司2016与2017两年的保险事故理赔数据,选取市场保有量高的乘用车辆数据进行实例分析,计算车辆安全的各项具体指标,得出最终的评价结果。

Abstract:Based on the development of automobile safety technology,this paper selects and sets the specific indexes of active safety,passive safety,crashworthiness and maintenance economy to evaluate the safety performance of vehicles,and excavates other factors affecting the safety evaluation,such as people,time and region,based on the traffic accident environment;uses the analytic hierarchy process and expert research method to determine the weight of the indexes to evaluate the safety performance of vehicles Based on the insurance accident claims data of a large insurance company in 2016 and 2017,this paper selects the passenger vehicle data with high market share for example analysis,calculates the specific indicators of vehicle safety,and obtains the final evaluation results.
