摘    要:以某型高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,研究试验样机加装DOC+DPF后处理装置对其颗粒排放特性的影响。结果表明:试验样机连接DOC+DPF后,颗粒物排放显著降低,在中高转速下,转化率平均在97%以上;在中低转速DOC+DPF对积聚态颗粒净化效率高于核模态颗粒,在1030rpm下,颗粒物总数量下降89%,总质量下降33%;在1200rpm下,颗粒物总数量下降96%,总质量下降77%。在1030rpm和1600rpm除了70%负荷外,DOC+DPF前的NO2/NOX比值都高于DOC+DPF后的,DOC+DPF后的NO2/NOX比值随负荷增加先减小后增加。

The Effect of DOC + DPF on the Emission Characteristics ofDiesel Particulate Matter

Abstract:A high pressure common rail diesel engine was studied,the effects of a DOC+DPF on the particulate emission characteristics of a pilot plant were investigated.The results showed that the particulate matter emission was significantly reduced when DOC+DPF was connected to the test prototype,and the average conversion was above 97%at medium and high rotating speeds,and the purification efficiency of the accumulated particulate matter by DOC+DPF at medium and low rotating speeds was higher than that by nuclear modal particles at 1030 rpm,the total quantity of particles decreased by 89%and the total mass decreased by 33%,at 1200rpm,the total quantity of particles decreased by 96%and the total mass decreased by 77%.At 1030 rpm and 1600 rpm,except for 70%load,the NO2/NOX ratio before DOC+DPF was higher than that after DOC+DPF.The NO2/NOX ratio after DOC+DPF decreased first and then increased with the increase of load.
