摘    要:基于激光位移传感器检测原理与现代光电传感器技术,提出一种用于测量驱动桥两端轴承孔同轴度的非接触测量方法。论述了测量系统的组成,工作原理。此系统通过机械夹紧定位装置夹紧定位,由步进电机带动的激光位移传感器来实现同轴度测量。

Abstract:Based on laser displacement sensor detection principle and the modem photoelectric sensor technology, puts forward a used for measuring both ends of the bearing hole in drive axle concentricity method ,that is non-contact measurement method.Discusses the composition of the measurement system, the system work principle.The system through the mechanical clamping positioning device clamping positioning, stepping motor drive by the laser displacement sensor to realize the coaxial tolerance of measurement.
