车企退出机制真的能让落后企业退出吗?

2012年7月12日,工信部发布《工业和信息化部关于建立汽车行业退出机制的通知》,决定在汽车行业建立落后企业退出机制,《通知》自发布之日起执行.应当说,建立退出机制本身是我国汽车行业管理的一个进步,但由于对落后企业的标准定得过低,《通知》的作用更像是相关管理部门释放出的一个信号.

“Notice on Building a Withdrawal Mechanism for Auto Industry” Issued

July 12,2012,Ministry of industry and information issued the "Notice on Building a Withdrawal Mechanism for auto industry",determining to set up the withdrawal mechanism in the industry for purpose of closing the business of those backward auto corporations.the notice was in effective immediately since the day when it was issued.it was because of the loosen standards toward the backward corporations that the notice was regarded as kind of warning message delivered by the government.
