摘    要:橡胶沥青工艺主要分为湿法和干法,本文结合洛阳小浪底专线改造工程,采用干法工艺,设计了CTOR橡胶粉的适宜掺量,对沥青混合料进行改性,室内结果表明,CTOR橡胶沥青混合料在水稳定性、高低温稳定性方面均有不同程度的提高.现场施工和检测结果表明,CTOR橡胶沥青混合料具有易施工、节能、环保等优点,性能检测均能满足规范要求,可以用于改性沥青路面.

Abstract:Rubber asphalt technology is mainly divided into wet and dry method. Combining with the Luoyang Xiaolangdi special line reconstruction project, the paper designs the appropriate mix content of the CTOR rubber powder for asphalt mixture modified by using the dry process. Indoor results show that the water stability, high and low temperature stability of CTOR rubber asphalt mixture have different degrees of the enhancement. Site construction and testing results show that the CTOR rubber asphalt mixture has the advantages of easy construction, energy saving, environmental protec- tion, and its performance testing can meet the standard requirements. Thus, the CTOR rubber asphalt mixture can be used in modified asphalt pavement.
