摘    要:为探究高掺量沥青回收料(RAP)温拌再生技术的可行性和合理性,开展了65%,75%和85%共3种高掺量RAP下再生沥青混合料的路用性能试验分析,并对热拌和温拌再生施工技术下沥青混合料的性能进行了对比研究,结果表明:①3种高掺量RAP沥青混合料的路用性能均满足设计规范,综合考虑强度及抵抗变形能力,认为75%RAP为最佳掺量;②加入温拌剂对于沥青混合料的抗冻融和低温变形能力有消极影响,而Sasobit温拌剂和Defuron温拌剂分别对高温抗变形和水稳定性反而会有一定的提升作用;③温拌再生技术可降低25℃施工温度,在不影响施工质量的前提下,削弱了沥青二次老化现象,同时减少施工过程中有毒有害气体的排放,对于施工人员健康和环境保护具有积极作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility and rationality of warm mixing recycling technology of high content asphalt recycled material(RAP),the pavement performance tests of recycled asphalt mixture under 65%,75%and 85%RAP were carried out,and the performance of asphalt mixture under hot mixing and warm mixing recycling construction technology was compared and studied.The results show that:①The pavement performances of three kinds of high content RAP asphalt mixtures all meet the design specifications.Considering the strength and deformation resistance,75%RAP is considered as the optimum content;②Adding warm mixing agent has a negative impact on the freeze-thaw resistance and low temperature deformation resistance of asphalt mixtures,while Sasobit warm mixing agent and Defuron warm mixing agent have a negative impact on the high temperature deformation resistance of asphalt mixtures,respectively.On the contrary,the shape and water stability will be improved to some extent;③Warm mixing regeneration technology can reduce the construction temperature by 25℃,reduce the secondary aging of asphalt without affecting the construction quality,and reduce the emission of toxic and harmful gases during construction,which has a positive effect on the health of construction personnel and environmental protection.
