城区桥梁锚碇施工工艺探究

摘    要:以襄阳庞公大桥锚碇施工为例,介绍了多干扰因素下城区桥梁锚碇基坑支护、开挖等施工阶段关键要点。如根据工程的实际情况,对地连墙方案进行优化;结合信息化施工对整个开挖过程进行监控,以满足施工技术要求。工程中采用了冲击钻配合液压抓斗成槽施工技术、槽段接头的处理、清孔换浆方法优化、基坑开挖信息化监控等改进工艺。

Abstract:Based on the construction of Fancheng side anchorage of Panggong Bridge in Xiangyang City,the construction stages of foundation pit support and excavation of urban anchorage under multiple interference factorsare introduced.According to the actual situation of the project,the scheme of diaphragm wall is optimized,and in the excavation stage of foundation pit,the whole excavation process is monitored to meet the construction technical requirements.In the project,there are innovations in the construction technology of forming groove with percussion drill and hydraulic grab,the treatment of groove section joint,the optimization of hole cleaning and slurry exchange method,and the information monitoring of foundation pit excavation.
