锚拉板式索梁锚固结构构造参数分析

摘    要:鉴于锚拉板式索梁锚固结构受力复杂、应力集中等问题,以厦漳跨海大桥南汊主桥Z12锚拉板式索梁锚固结构为例,采用ANSYS有限元软件对锚拉板式索梁锚固结构进行构造参数分析。结果表明,增大板厚、加长剪切剪焊长度以及增大塑性区半径均能改善应力集中状态,但以增大塑性区半径最为明显。

Abstract:In view of complex stress and stress concentration of tensile anchor plate structure in the cable-beam anchor zones.Taking Z12 tensile anchor plate structure in the cable-beam anchor zones of the south branch main bridge of xiazhang sea crossing sea bridge for example,use ANSYS finite element software to analyze structural parameters of tensile anchor plate structure in the cable-beam anchor zones.Some useful conclusions are obtained,the state of stress concentration can be improved by increasing thickness of the plate,extending shear weld length and increasing the radius of plastic zone,but the most obvious way is increasing the radius of plastic zone.
