| 摘 要： | 在可行性研究阶段,确定码头建设规模是项目方案设计的基础、问题研究的核心。文中以孟加拉某钢铁基地的配套港口为例,通过计算其必要运费率(RFR)来进行方案比选,确定码头建设规模,从经济角度推荐合理的建设方案。
