盾构隧道垂直下穿加油站的风险分析

摘    要:文中结合武汉地铁某区间隧道工程分析盾构隧道下穿加油站储油罐的施工阶段风险和运营阶段风险,从盾构掘进参数选定、土层改良、土层损失率控制等方面制定施工阶段风险控制措施。运营阶段风险分析过程中,利用理论公式和数值模拟2种手段分别计算加油站爆炸引起土层的冲击荷载,取两者的较大值计算爆炸工况下结构的轴力和弯矩,得出爆炸工况下轴力和弯矩的最大影响因子为0.88,结构仍处于安全状态的结论。

Abstract:Combined with a section tunnel project of Wuhan Railway Zhifang line,the risks in construction stage and operation stage of shield tunneling through gas station storage tank are analyzed.In this paper,the risk control measures in construction stage are formulated from the aspects of shield tunneling parameter selection,soil layer improvement and soil loss rate control.In the process of risk analysis during the operation stages,the theoretical formula and numerical simulation of two kinds of method sare used respectively to calculate the impact load of soil caused by gas explosion,and the larger value of the two results is taken to calculate the axial force and bending moment of the structure under the explosion condition.It is concluded that the maximum influence factor of the axial force and bending moment under the explosion condition is 0.88,and the structure is still in a safe stat.
