硅藻土改性OGFC沥青混合料研究

摘    要:通过掺加硅藻土替代等量石灰石矿粉作为填料的方式对采用SBS改性沥青配制的OGFC进行改性,并对其性能进行了系统研究.研究表明,硅藻土的加入可明显提高OGFC的沥青用量,降低混合料的析漏损失和飞散损失.随着硅藻土掺量的增加,OGFC的水稳定性能和低温抗裂性能明显提高,高温性能则呈现先提高后降低的趋势.

Abstract:A new method to improve the performance of open-graded friction causes(OGFC) mixtures by using diatomite as the filler of the mix is introduced in this paper.The results of performance evaluation of the mixtures shows: the adding of diatomite leads to the remarkably increase of optimal asphalt content of OGFC and lower the draindown and Contabro loss.With the increase of percentage of diatomite,the water susceptivity and anti-cracking performance of OGFC are improved,whereas the high temperature stability o...
